Industrial Quality Control From Raw Shell To Loaded Container
Our production facilities in Central and East Java operate under strict manufacturing standards. Every single pallet is sampled, drop-tested, and moisture-verified before container stuffing.
Only 100% Mature Coconut Shells
Immature coconuts contain excessive fiber that produces black ash and smoke. We strictly source mature coconut shells from Sumatra and East Java plantations. All raw charcoal is sorted to eliminate dirt, sand, and coconut husk fibers before processing.
80-Mesh Micronized Powder
Raw charcoal is pulverized through industrial hammer mills and passed through an 80-mesh fine screen. Finer charcoal particles bond seamlessly with minimal food-grade tapioca starch (max 2.5-3%), resulting in high-density cubes that burn slower and never spark.
Double-Screw Hydraulic Compaction
Our continuous extrusion lines compress the paste under extreme hydraulic pressure twice. This eliminates internal microscopic air pockets, resulting in solid briquettes with sharp edges that resist breakage during shipping.
48 Hours at Steady 80°C
Unlike small backyard producers who sun-dry briquettes (leading to mold and uneven moisture), our briquettes spend two full days inside closed industrial circulation ovens. This drives moisture strictly below 5%, eliminating ignition delay and smoke.
The 1.5-Meter Hard Concrete Drop Test
From every production hour, 10 random sample cubes are dropped three consecutive times onto a solid concrete slab from a height of 1.5 meters. If any cube cracks or chips beyond 2% mass loss, the entire batch is halted and re-processed.
