What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for coconut charcoal briquettes?
Our minimum order quantity is one 20ft Full Container Load (FCL), which accommodates approximately 17.5 to 18.5 metric tons depending on the inner box and master carton packaging specifications.
Can I request a 1 kg free sample before placing a container order?
Yes! We provide complimentary 1 kg production samples. Buyers only need to provide their DHL, FedEx, or Aramex courier account number to cover the air freight charges.
What are your export payment terms?
Our standard export payment term is 30% Down Payment (DP) upon contract signing, and the remaining 70% balance payable upon submission of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy and export shipping documents.
